UniPro NY is excited to collaborate with The Dogeaters Collective, a group of Fil-Am artists and writers based in New York City, to bring our community together as we work on garnering support for our upcoming projects.
The Dogeaters Collective is raising funds for their upcoming exhibition "The First Picture of You, 1990," premiering on April 29 at The Philippine Center New York, and is the first show organized by the collective. Funds raised help pay for the space, artist honorarium, and labor put into producing graphics, web content, and materials for the show. Learn more and support their efforts on their Kickstarter, and follow them on Instagram.
UniPro NY is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, and is continuing on our mission to organize, build, and empower our community through education, advocacy, and collaboration. UniPro's annual Summit is coming back to New York on June 1st, and the New York chapter is hard at work to support the financial needs of the program.
We hope you can come out, meet community, support community, and have a fun time as we kick off the beginning of the end of the week. Stay updated on our Facebook event page.
